Data Processor for the Website

Pixa AS is Depro AS’s data processor and our supplier for development, maintenance, and hosting of the website. Data collected in connection with the operation of the site is stored on servers operated by Pixa. Only Depro AS, Pixa AS, and potential subcontractors for limited periods have access to the collected information.

Collection and use of Personal Data

Depro.no does not collect sensitive personal data.

Personal data submitted to us by email or in connection with recruitment (CV and job application) will only be used for the purpose of handling your application. Such data will not be used for any other purpose.

Job Applications and CVs

When you submit a job application or CV through our recruitment process, we will process your personal data solely for the purpose of evaluating your candidacy for relevant positions at Depro.

The information will be stored securely and treated confidentially.

Data will be retained for up to 6 months after the recruitment process has ended, unless longer storage is required by law.
