The complete partner
Depro provides services within product development, testing, installation support, modification and operations. To reduce operational risk, our tooling experts can support you during SIT and operation.
Many customers request live performance data. Over the years, Depro has implemented sensors and monitoring systems that can be integrated into our tooling — and retrofitted on older tools.
We also provide repair, upgrades and maintenance of tools, including rebuilding hydraulic tools into electrically powered solutions.

Operation support
We are trained and qualified to support installation, modification and ROV operations. This helps reduce risk for the operator and increase efficiency.
Our lifecycle perspective ensures that tools are supported throughout their use. Services include maintenance, upgrades and recycling of equipment, as well as personnel when needed.

Workshop-related services
Our 3,500 sq m facility provides an optimized environment for safe and efficient operations. Built to high standards of energy efficiency, it is designed for maximum flexibility — from prototype development to high-volume manufacturing.
The workshop includes:
- Eight overhead cranes (up to 32 tons)
- 500 sq m test area with a 7 × 5 × 5 m test pool (5 m water depth)
- 500 sq m machinery park
- Foundation for 300-ton pull testing
Services
Repair and Maintenance
We have the competence, personnel and equipment to repair and maintain subsea tools. Some of our tools can be remotely calibrated and verified to ensure correct torque performance.
Our workshop is designed to handle equipment coming directly from the field, with a dedicated cleaning room to prevent debris from entering.
Repair and maintenance can also be purchased as a separate service.

Testing and Qualifications
To ensure reliable technology and tools, our engineers have access to advanced equipment and systems for testing and qualification.
Almost 20% of our facility is dedicated to testing, including:
A 7×5×5m test pool (5m water depth)
Several pull test stations up to 32 tons
One pull test station up to 300 tons
400 bar Hyperbaric Test chamber (1x2m Internal dia.)
Testing and qualification can be purchased as a separate service. Test equipment can also be designed and manufactured at Depro.
